I paid about $14, to get the book Strength Finder 2.0 and to take the Strength Finder assessment test (as suggested by John Maxwell in that lecture I blogged on the other day), these are the results:
People who are especially talented in the Input theme have a craving to know more. Often they like to collect and archive all kinds of information.
People who are especially talented in the Connectedness theme have faith in the links between all things. They believe there are few coincidences and that almost every event has a reason.
People who are especially talented in the Intellection theme are characterized by their intellectual activity. They are introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions.
People who are especially talented in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
People who are especially talented in the Belief theme have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for their life.
Now I am aware that some are nouns and some are adjectives (in my view they should have picked one or the other), but what do you think about finding out your own strengths?
